Not completely satisfied? You can return or exchange it!

Returns If an ordered item is not to your satisfaction, it can be returned to Rugbymagazijn within 30 days of receipt. Please fill out the return form that you received with the item. Once the package has been received and processed by us, we will immediately refund the purchase amount. The shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense and are not reimbursed by Rugbymagazijn.

Exchanges If the item you ordered is not the right size, you can exchange it for free. Fill out the return form that you received with the item. Please clearly specify which size you would like to receive instead. Once we have received the returned item, we will send the correct size free of charge.

Rugbymagazijn is located in Bussum. If you prefer to personally exchange or return the item, that is possible. Please make an appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.
